Returns

UnityWorks is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return books, unopened CDs and other materials mailed to you by UnityWorks within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. Refunds will be applied to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

Items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice and a note stating the reason for the return. There is no refund on shipping charges. You will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

All sales are final for any download or closeout items. Please read reviews, sample pages and testimonials prior to purchasing. Contact us for where to ship returns.

UnityWorks is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. We therefore recommend that you pack items carefully and obtain insurance and tracking.
