All orders are shipped through the U.S. Post Office. Most orders are mailed within 3-5 business days, and may take an additional week or more to reach their destination. DOMESTIC ORDERS: For orders shipped to U.S. addresses (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO), you can choose from two options:
SHIPPING CHARGES: Domestic shipping is calculated during the checkout process. Shipping is based on the actual amounts charged by the Post Office, plus a small packing and handling fee. For large orders with shipping charges over $100, please contact us for best rates. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For shipments outside the United States, we use First Class or International Flat Rate Priority Mail (1-3 weeks). Please send us your shipping address to determine exact fees. Customs or import duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Customs procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Contact your customs office for further information. ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS: There are no shipping charges for electronic documents delivered via download.
